Cake with zucchini

Description

Frozen rectangular 30x40 courgette pie. Ingredients: courgettes, vegetable pie dough, eggs, rice, onion, grana padano cheese, olive oil, breadcrumbs, salt, garlic, pepper and marjoram. Preparation method: brush the frozen cake with oil, then bake at 220° for 40 minutes and at half an hour turn over and prick. Remove from the oven when the pastry is golden brown and serve. Ideal for aperitifs.
