Description

Frozen 30x40 rectangular ricotta and spinach pie. Ingredients: spinach, vegetable pie dough, eggs, ricotta cheese, onion, grana padano PDO, olive oil, breadcrumbs, salt, garlic, pepper and marjoram. Preparation method: brush the frozen cake with oil, then bake at 220° for 40 minutes and at half an hour turn over and prick. Remove from the oven when the pastry is golden brown and serve. Ideal for aperitifs.
