Round salty mini tart

Description

Mini round savoury shortbread tartlets, 3.8 cm. Ingredients: wheat, rye and spelt flour, butter, wheat starch, cocoa butter, trehalose, isomalt, sugar, barley malt extract, salt, soy flour, skimmed milk powder, non-hydrogenated coconut oil and emulsifier. They are a very versatile product in the kitchen, as they can be filled with different fillings: meat pâté, fresh or mature cheese, grilled vegetables or savoury mousse. They are ideal for elegant appetisers, buffets, or as an aperitif snack.
