Pasta orecchiette 87 with durum wheat semolina. Orecchiette is a typical pasta from Apulia and goes well with a variety of sauces, such as the traditional turnip greens, or with cherry tomatoes and ricotta; they also lend themselves well to cold pasta salads, enriched with grilled vegetables and cheese.
