Description

Pasta striped maccheroncelli made with durum wheat semolina. They have a smaller, thinner shape than classic macaroni, perfect for capturing dense, full-bodied sauces: they go well with rich sauces such as meat ragùs, tomato sauces, or cream cheese-based sauces; they are also excellent for baked dishes such as pasta gratin and timballo, or for cold dishes with sautéed vegetables. Cooking time: 11 minutes
