Description
White wine Gewürztraminer Alto Adige DOC classic St. Michael-Eppan. This wine has a straw-yellow colour and an intense aroma of rose and lychee. On the palate it is fruity-spicy and aromatic. It is a flexible wine, it drinks well as an aperitif but is also pleasant with spicy and intense dishes such as chestnut ravioli with black truffles, shellfish and Tyrolean cheese dumplings.
