Description
Liquid preparation for crème brûlée, crema catalana and cake topping. Ingredients: skimmed milk, cream, sugar, egg yolk, modified starch, stabilisers, carrageenan, natural Bourbon vanilla extract, natural flavouring, emulsifier, colouring agent, beta-carotene and vanilla bean. Method of preparation: bring the mixture to the boil in a saucepan, then pour the creme brulee into small cups or glasses, let cool to room temperature and place in the refrigerator for two hours. Before serving, sprinkle with white or brown sugar and use a blowtorch to flame the sugared surface to obtain a crunchy caramel.
