Fresh Genoese Pesto without garlic with extra virgin olive oil

Pesto Genovese is a traditional Ligurian recipe, which is prepared with top-quality ingredients: Basil Genovese DOP, extra virgin olive oil, Grana Padano DOP, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, Italian pine nuts, Pecorino Romano DOP.
