Description
Pesto Genovese is a traditional Ligurian recipe, which is prepared with top-quality ingredients: Basil Genovese DOP, extra virgin olive oil, Grana Padano DOP, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, Italian pine nuts, Pecorino Romano DOP. Pesto should not be heated. Therefore, save a little of the cooking water, drain the pasta and return it to a bowl with the water set aside adding the sauce. Stir and serve the dish.
