Description

The maturation of the superior Ingham marsale takes place for at least 2 years in oak barrels and the ageing for more than a year in old barrels and lastly in bottles. The alcohol content is 18.5% Vol. It has an aromatic trait that follows an antique gold colour. The aromas range from eggnog to honey, from sultanas to cinchona, with balsamic touches. All notes that return in a rich but all in all lively and dynamic palate, closed by a pleasantly almondy finish.
