Extra dark bitter chocolate in loaves with a minimum of 64% cocoa. The product has roasted notes and a powerful cocoa flavour delicately enriched with hints of coffee and chestnuts. Ingredients: cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa paste from Ecuador, soya lectin and natural vanilla flavouring. Ideal for making desserts and cakes.
