Organic bergamot extra jam with bergamot pulp, cane sugar, lemon juice and pectin. This product is handmade with artisanal methods, using high-quality local raw materials from the picturesque Sila landscape, where flavours of Calabria, the Mediterranean and spicy meet. Excellent with toast and soft bread, to garnish tarts, to fill cakes and biscuits, or simply enjoyed by the spoonful.
