Description
Frozen 100% Italian fine beans. Preparation method: steam in the oven at 98°C for 12 minutes, in the microwave at 800 watts for 3 minutes, in a non-stick frying pan over moderate heat for 18 minutes, or in a pot with boiling water for 13 minutes. Naturally rich in fibre, they are ideal for creating appetisers or side dishes.
