Description

100% Italian portioned and frozen Friarielli in leaves. Preparation method: steam in the oven at 98°C for 12 minutes, in the microwave at 800 watts for 4 minutes, in a non-stick frying pan over moderate heat for 18 minutes, or in a pot with boiling water for 14 minutes. Naturally rich in fibre and vitamin A, they are ideal for creating a variety of recipes.
