PDO 'riviera ligure-riviera dei fiori' extra virgin olive oil, obtained directly from Taggiasca olives by cold processing. This oil, golden yellow in colour, has a fine and harmonious aroma, with light vegetal notes of field grasses, artichoke and green tomato. Its flavour is smooth and complex, rich in delicate fruity tones of unripe tomato, almond and artichoke. This oil will give exceptional flavour to any dish, especially raw on pasta with tomato sauce, hot soups, raw and cooked vegetables and salads; for a tasty aperitif it is ideal added to toasted bread. The producer fully respects the western Ligurian tradition.
