100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, obtained only by mechanical methods from Molise olives of the varieties Rosciola, black olives, Olivastro, Leccino, Gentile di Larino. The product is deep green in colour, has a delicate aroma and a medium fruity, light and harmonious flavour, with hints of green grass, almonds, artichoke and tomato. It is perfect raw to dress salads, enrich pasta dishes or simply on toasted bread. Thanks to its practical single-serving format, it is ideal for lunches away from home.
