Ingredients: wheat 00 flour, durum wheat semolina, fresh eggs, ricotta cheese, buffalo mozzarella, grana padano cheese, salt, ground bread and pepper. Preparation: cook 6/8 minutes and season to taste; Excellent with dried cherry tomatoes, lemon zest, oil and herbs.
