Description
Leaf spinach portioned into cubes and frozen 100% Italian. Preparation method: steam in the oven at 98°C for 12 minutes, in the microwave at 800 watts for 4 minutes, in a frying pan over moderate heat for 12 minutes, or in a pot with boiling water for 7 minutes. Naturally rich in fibre and vitamin A, they are ideal as a side dish.
